Every child begins life with a natural curiosity, infinite potentials, and an ability to explore and understand the world in their own ways. Driven by this belief, Little Ems’ has created a one-of-kind environment that exposes children to diverse activities where they can discover and express their talents and passion. Our Reggio Emilia Approach® values the child as central to their own learning; thus, we recognise that children have multiple ways – also known as “100 languages”- of thinking, playing, exploring, and expressing themselves.
We cordially invite parents to join Little Em’s virtual Open Day to meet our experts and learn more about our educational philosophy and useful programmes. This is also a great opportunity to discuss and learn how we can best prepare for our children’s development journey from 18 months to 6 years old:
We proudly celebrate our 1st Anniversary of being the first and official Reggio Emilia Approach® pre-school in Vietnam. We are overwhelmingly happy and grateful for all the love, trust and support parents and children have shared with us. We have jointly built a “common house”, a community, where we can grow stronger together. Supporting our children on their journey of becoming the best versions of themselves has always been Little Em’s greatest aspiration because our “little suns” are the future global citizens.

Cô Nguyễn Thị Vân Anh có 34 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành Giáo dục Mầm non. Cô từng là hiệu trưởng các trường mầm non của quận 3, trong đó có trường mầm non đạt chuẩn Quốc gia, đạt Chất lượng giáo dục Cấp độ 3. Ngoài kiến thức và kinh nghiệm chuyên môn về Giáo dục Mầm non, cô Vân Anh còn hiểu biết về cách tiếp cận trẻ em có nhu cầu giáo dục đặc biệt. Với ước mong được tiếp tục đóng góp công sức của mình cho sự phát triển giáo dục mầm non, thực hiện ứng dụng hiệu quả cách tiếp cận Reggio Emilia Approach© trong việc triển khai chương trình Giáo dục Mầm non, cô Vân Anh đã tham gia trường mầm non Thế giới Mặt trời với vai trò Hiệu trưởng.
Cô Châm tốt nghiệp trường Đại học Sư phạm Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh chuyên ngành Giáo dục Mầm non. Trong thời gian học, cô nghiên cứu về cách tiếp cận Reggio Emilia Approach® và phương pháp này trở thành một trong những mục tiêu sự nghiệp của cô. Cô có 6 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với trẻ mầm non, bao gồm trẻ có nhu cầu đặc biệt và cô đã đạt chứng chỉ DIR-Floortime 101. Cô đã có 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở EtonHouse International Pre-School (Singapore) – trường học có phương pháp giáo dục lấy cảm hứng từ Reggio Emilia Approach®. Cô Châm đang học thêm chuyên ngành Tâm lý học tại trường Đại học khoa học xã hội và Nhân văn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
Sinh ra và lớn lên trong một gia đình tại Mỹ, thầy Hoan Ngô đã chuyển đến Việt Nam vào năm 2015. Sau khi hoàn thành Chứng chỉ Giảng dạy Tiếng Anh, thầy Hoan hiện có hơn 6 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy tại các trường mầm non và phát triển chương trình đào tạo cho các doanh nghiệp lớn như Intel, Vietstar và Niteco. Thầy có niềm đam mê rất lớn với ngành giáo dục mầm non, đặc biệt là Hướng tiếp cận Reggio Emilia Approach®. Thầy Hoan Ngô tin rằng sự tự do trong các phương thức biểu đạt, những cuộc trao đổi cởi mở và môi trường học tập chính là những nhân tố để trẻ có thể phát triển thành phiên bản tốt nhất của chính mình. Đây chính là triết lý giáo dục quan trọng nhất đối với thầy.
