TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THE NATURAL WONDERLAND FOR THE WEEKEND

According to Reggio Emilia Approach®, “the environment is the third teacher”; therefore, Little Em’s dream is to invite parents to our natural wonderland of 4,000 square meters, located just in the heart of the city. Nothing is better than walking around a magnificent green garden on a relaxing weekend, meeting and talking to the school’s Vice Principal, physically observing and experiencing children’s learning and playing environment where they would feel safe and respected to explore the world and themselves in their own ways.

During the “DISCOVER THE NATURAL WONDERLAND FOR THE WEEKEND” programme, Little Em’s will accompany families through a guided tour including:

  • The ecosystem of learning and playing for children from 18 months to 6 years old: the Echo Chamber (for children under three years old), the Cocoon (for children from 3 to 4 years old), the Kaleidoscope (for 4 – 5-year-olds), the Galileo’s Workshop (for 5 – 6-year-olds). This programme is a unique opportunity for parents to see firsthand the different “Ateliers”, each with unique designs and standard materials following Reggio Emilia Approach® and suitable for each age groups’ learning and playing pace.
  • The outdoor area with the typical wonderland’s attractions: The Botanical Gardens, Sensory PlayGardens, The Observation Deck, The Institute of Sports, and La Piazza – where children’s dreams come true, and their teamwork skills are developed by doing learning projects together. The open space of the playground encourages children to make discoveries and express their creativity through “100 languages”.
  • Parents will meet and discuss directly with our Vice-Principal, Ms Pham Ngoc Cham, who has received the official training in the Reggio Emilia Approach® from the Reggio Children (Italy). Ms Cham is also undergoing teacher training for the International Baccalaureate for Primary Years Program for children from 3 to 12 years old (IB PYP). With her extensive experience in consulting parents on nurturing children of different ages, she will listen to and answer any of your questions related to your child’s learning and development at Little Em’s.
