WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS
MEETING THE EDUCATORS AND RESEARCHERS OF HAVARD PROJECT ZERO
HOW WE HELP CHILDREN ESTABLISH AND AFFIRM THEIR IDENTITIES
Little Em’s is honoured to welcome the educators of Harvard Project Zero – a research project of Harvard University founded by Psychologist Dr. Howard Gardner (father of “Multiple Intelligences”) – to Vietnam for the first time to share about our collaboration for Vietnamese children’s bright future. We cordially invite parents to the Seminar “ELEVATING TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL CAPITAL- HELPING CHILDREN ESTALISH AND AFFIRM THEIR UNIQUE IDENTITIES IN AN INTERCONNECTED WORLD”. The educators and experts at the seminar will discuss the importance of developing a new teaching pedagogy that helps children unleash their creativity and potentials.
Little Em’s is proud to be the ONLY organisation in Vietnam collaborating with the experts of Harvard Project Zero. Working towards the same mission and goals in education , we are pioneering a new approach called “180 degrees East – 180 degrees West” that helps children grow up to be confident individuals with a positive self-identity and a strong sense of belonging by embracing their cultural background in a globalised world.
At the seminar, Little Em’s Board of Directors and the educators of Harvard Project Zero will share the following contents:
• The new approach “180 degrees East – 180 degrees West”: an international educational environment with deep roots in Vietnamese culture to help children become unique global citizens.
• Little Em’s curriculum and training that follows this approach
• The partnership between Harvard Project Zero and Little Em’s to improve teachers’ professional capital, to build an environment that develops children’s global competence with a solid foundation in their own culture, traditions, and values.
We are honoured to welcome the Harvard Project Zero educators to our seminar:
• Mr. Devon Wilson – Project Manager
• Ms. Marla McLean – Atelierista and Researcher at Harvard Graduate School of Education
The seminar is a special occasion for parents to meet and talk with experts, researchers and educators to find the right educational approach for your children to help them become the best version of themselves in a globalized world!
