The world is changing.
So must the purpose of school.
We must reconnect
The artistic and scientific sides of ourselves.
Artist and businessman.
Logician and poet.
WHAT VIETNAM NEEDS
WHAT THE FUTURE NEEDS
WHAT MY CHILD NEEDS
At Little Em’s, proper nutrition is a priority. The students’ diet and nutrition at Little Em’s is properly carried out as requested by the Department of Health and Food Safety Hygiene of District and City as well as under the severe supervision and inspection. We also give special attention to ethical, religious and cultural aspects.
Our children are fed with wholesome healthy food alternatives whenever possible, with a combination of fresh fruits, organic vegetables, lean meats and whole grains which are recommended for optimum growth and brain development. All meals for children are made by Little Em’s’ chefs and follow the application of a varied diet in terms of the types of foods and seasonal availability of vegetables and fruits. We refrain from using artificial flavorings and seasonings in our cooking, instead we use the natural flavors. None of the food we serve is GMO.
Our menu was carefully created with just the right nutritional balance and variety in accordance with dietary guidelines and recommendations for a young developing child. Our beverage choices are water and an afternoon fruit/vegetable smoothie. We occasionally serve fresh, raw juices but do not serve processed, bottled juices or any other sugary drinks. Although our food is rich in flavour, we strive to keep our meals low in sodium and sugar.
Additionally, for the health of the community, we do not allow food from home. Please also aware that we are a nut-free preschool.
