In his new position, Mr. Trevor will lead our English teachers team. His responsibilities include developing and monitoring our English Programme, contributing to curriculum enhancement, conducting regular team reviews, and engaging with parents. He will also manage teaching resources, schedule assessments, and conduct training and coaching for staff.<\/p>\n

Little Em\u2019s teaches English phonics through the UK’s ???????????????? ???????????????????? ????????????. ???????????????????????????? PROGRAMME. This programme will help children learn phonics, providing a solid foundation for their future reading and writing skills.<\/p>\n

In particular, Mr. Trevor is also excited about further integrating English into the everyday environment of our school, enabling children to develop natural language reflexes, thereby improving their communication skills and confidence in using English.<\/p>\n
