Health Care<\/h2>

At Little Em\u2019s, we prioritize a safe and clean learning and play environment, adhering to the highest standards set by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Training. To enhance air quality and reduce environmental pollution, we have introduced an advanced Misting System.<\/p>

Our school has a fully stocked health centre on site, including a full time nurse. However, our commitment to health extends beyond daily care; children receive regular health and dental check-ups conducted by our school\u2019s medical professional and trusted healthcare organizations in the city.<\/p><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Relationship between Family and School<\/h2>

We understand that for school education to be truly successful, it must be supported at home. Little Em\u2019s partners with a diverse network of national and international experts in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Natural Sciences, Nutrition and Health, Visual and Performing Arts, and more. Through this collaboration, we provide regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions for parents and caregivers, ensuring consistent and effective childcare and education at home. Our aim is to seamlessly integrate families into our authentic Reggio Emilia Approach\u00ae, reinforcing the belief that learning continues beyond the classroom.<\/p>

To further grow strong bonds with school, parents are invited to share their talents with the children. Opportunities include reading stories, teaching music or yoga, gardening, supervising field trips, contributing to art and science projects, and participating in special events, workshops and fundraisers. At Little Em\u2019s, we place great importance on nutrition, adhering to the standards set by the Department of Health and Ho Chi Minh City\u2019s Department of Food Safety & Hygiene. Students are offered breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day, as part of the school fees. Our menu is specially crafted by renowned international chef Luke Nguyen, whose passion for Vietnamese and global cuisine brings exceptional quality, variety, and a unique culinary journey to our children. Thanks to Luke's expertise, our students experience an education in diverse food cultures through nutritious meals prepared on-site. We use fresh, non-GMO ingredients like organic produce, lean meats, and whole grains, avoiding artificial flavorings and keeping meals low in sodium and sugar. Sleeping and quiet time<\/h2>

At Little Em's, we prioritize sleep and quiet time as essential to a child's development. After active learning and play, children will sleep in their own classrooms, equipped with high-quality individual mattresses. To enhance their sense of security, they can bring their own pillows, blankets, and sleeping toys.<\/p>

The atmosphere during nap time is calming, featuring soft lighting, soothing music, or white noise. Children receive support from teachers in preparing their sleeping areas and can choose their favorite napping spots, promoting independence and student agency. Older children may opt to relax without sleeping, engaging in quiet activities like reading while learning to respect the resting time of their peers.<\/p>
